I am very excited about this new feature from SproutSocial.com. In the past I have always relied on buffer app to buffer and schedule content. But I also relied on SproutSocial to monitor and manage my Facebook and Twitter Accounts.

You can choose custom times or base it off of optimal times that their system has chosen for you. I also like to use Tweriod to check the optimal times for me to send content based on when my audience is online the most.
